Using Proscribed Technology
I've been getting feedback from Kurtz. In true Engineer style, he suggests using a pair of webcams and running a game with De Grasse on the other end.

Yes, from my research into the pre-First Republic tech, this was one of the more primitive ways of communication before.
Of course it is no match for our sub- and hyper-space form of communication, but whatever works right?
We just have to synchronize our chronosystems so that we will be able to contact each other.
By my space-time computations, 1200H local Domingus is equivalent to 2300H EST Sabadus on Neo-Yorksey.
The nice thing is Brother de Grasse has ample opportunity to sleep the whole day Domingus Neo-Yorksey time.
